Marguerite’s Kitchen

Our BRL Cooks, should always get a cheery mention. . . these ladies happily prepare meals from regular menus, to little sides of specials, to a variety of “dietary” special meals; let us know, it is all do-able!

Breakfast – Johnny Cake, Huevos Ranchers and ham. Fresh local fruit and jam.

Breakfast – Pancakes, eggs and local sausage. Fresh local fruit and jams.

Lunch or Sunday dinner – Rice and Beans, Stewed Chicken, Cho, Cho, plaintain and Belizean Potato Salad

Dinner – White Coconut Rice, Curry Beef, Plaintain, fresh sauted veggies, Coleslaw and homemade BRL rolls. Condiments of raisins, nuts and BRL homemade green mango chutney.

Italian Shrimp, light Spicy Linguini, Peas, Carrots & Onions and Ceasar Salad

Garlic Fish, Scalloped Potatoes, Green Beans & Bacon and Toss Salad, homemade BRL dinner roll

Menu of the evening

Dinner of Baked Stuff Potato, fresh Lobster (seasonal), Green Beans, Layered Salad and BRL Dinner Rolls

Special request – Sushi appetizer made with guests fresh caught Snapper

 

Coconut Cream Pie with coconuts fresh from our trees

Our famous Belize Lime Pie

Homemade Mango Sorbet And yes, mangos fresh from our trees

Fresh Fruit Cup with a little garnish

 

These are only a few of our meals, and while normally we serve family style meals, with the “Gold Standard” procedures, our Ladies in the Kitchen are platting meals.

We have a menu we following, however, if you a dietary need, just let us know, it is not a problem.  No onions, no worries.  Diabetes or Celiac, the Ladies in the Kitchen will have a delicious meal that you can eat without worries.
